Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registrations, title transfers, and driver's license applications with accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding DMV procedures, fees, and documentation
- Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations and security protocols
- Utilize specialized software to manage transactions and update records
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Assist with special projects like driver's license renewals or commercial vehicle permits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency with computers and office software (MS Office suite)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask while maintaining composure under pressure
- Valid Oregon driver's license required
