Responsibilities
- Process driver's license, ID card, and vehicle registration transactions accurately
- Provide clear guidance on DMV regulations, fees, and documentation requirementsResolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain organized records of transactions and customer communications
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols
- Participate in ongoing training on DMV procedures and systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Virginia driver's license preferred
