Responsibilities
- Process driver’s license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transfers efficiently and accurately.
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding traffic citations, point systems, and vehicle inspections.
- Operate computer systems to input and retrieve customer data while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision and reconcile daily receipts.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to supervisors appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment for all visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a government agency is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
