- Resolve customer inquiries regarding DMV procedures, fees, and requirements
- Operate departmental systems and software efficiently
- Assist with special programs like REAL ID and commercial licensing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years customer service or administrative experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Florida driver's license required (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Background clearance and drug test required
