Responsibilities
- Process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transfers with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide clear guidance on DMV regulations, documentation requirements, and online services
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain detailed records using DMV software systems and ensure compliance with state protocols

Qualifications
