Responsibilities
- Process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and state ID applications
- Provide accurate information on DMV regulations and procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Utilize state systems to verify documentation and process payments
- Maintain organized records and documentation according to state protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficient in computer systems and data entry
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
