Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service at Buffalo DMV office
- Process driver's license renewals, permits, and vehicle registrations
- Assist customers with documentation requirements and fee calculations
- Resolve customer inquiries using empathy and problem-solving skills
- Maintain accurate records using DMV systems and databases
- Follow all NY State DMV policies and procedures

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred

- Valid New York State driver's license
