Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and phone assistance to customers regarding driver's licenses, vehicle registrations, and ID services
- Process transactions efficiently using DMV systems while maintaining accuracy and compliance
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and problem-solving skills
- Verify documentation and ensure all requirements are met before processing requests
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow and service standards
- Stay updated on DMV policies, procedures, and technology systems

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn new software
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Fluency in English; bilingual candidates strongly encouraged
