Responsibilities
- Process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transfers
- Provide accurate information on DMV regulations and procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain accurate records using DMV software systems
- Process payments and issue permits/licenses
- Collaborate with team members to streamline service delivery

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
