Responsibilities
- Assist customers with DMV inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process driver's license applications, vehicle registrations, and title transfers
- Verify documentation and enter data accurately into state systems
- Explain DMV procedures, fees, and requirements clearly to customers
- Maintain organized records of transactions and customer communications

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
