Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a positive, professional attitude.
- Process DMV transactions, including license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transfers.
- Answer incoming phone calls and resolve inquiries regarding state services.
- Verify documents, enter data accurately into the department database, and maintain filing systems.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Assist customers with navigating online portals and state websites.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or government administration is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
