- Process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transfers with accuracy
- Assist customers with complex DMV inquiries using multiple digital systems

- Maintain organized records and documentation for all transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
- Stay updated on DMV regulations and procedural changes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and DMV-specific software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid California driver's license required
- Bilingual Spanish/English certification preferred
