Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registrations, driver's licenses, and ID applications with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding DMV procedures, fees, and documentation
- Utilize specialized software to verify credentials and process transactions
- Maintain organized digital records and ensure compliance with state regulations
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on DMV policies and technology
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual (Spanish) highly desirable
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve complex customer issues
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
