Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transfers.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records in the DMV database.
- Operate computer systems efficiently to search for customer information and update records.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate departments.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
