Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Process vehicle registration renewals, title transfers, and license transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Verify documentation, collect appropriate fees, and ensure data entry is error-free.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding vehicle history, license points, or registration status.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at the service counter.
- Operate computer systems and point-of-sale terminals to manage transactions.
- Assist in directing customers to the appropriate service window or waiting area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or government service is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
