Responsibilities
- Process DMV transactions including license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title applications
- Provide accurate information on state driving regulations and vehicle requirements
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain detailed records using our digital DMV management system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or administrative experience
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Pass background check and drug screening
