Responsibilities
- Efficiently process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and ID applications
- Provide accurate information on DMV regulations, fees, and documentation requirements
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Maintain strict confidentiality of personal information while adhering to security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and reduce wait times
- Utilize specialized software systems to process transactions and maintain records
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse populations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary systems quickly
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Valid Georgia driver's license required
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Background check and drug screen required for employment
