Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive emergency response plans for natural disasters and public health emergencies
- Coordinate with local agencies, NGOs, and state officials during crisis activations
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for critical infrastructure
- Train community stakeholders and emergency response personnel on protocols
- Manage disaster recovery programs and resource allocation post-incident
- Prepare federal grant applications and compliance documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in disaster response or emergency services
- FEMA Professional Development Series (PDS) certification required
