Responsibilities
- Receive and screen incoming calls and visitors, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying documents.
- Prepare, compose, and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and organized records and filing systems for departmental compliance.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Conduct research and compile statistical data for internal reports.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure seamless information flow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to obtain a Washington State Driver's License if required for the role.
