- Data Entry: Perform high-speed data entry of various forms and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Communication: Draft and distribute memos, letters, and emails on behalf of department supervisors.
- Office Support: Maintain office supplies, assist with scheduling meetings, and prepare meeting materials.
- Compliance: Adhere to all county policies and procedures regarding data privacy and office conduct.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: None required. Prior office experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to follow written and oral instructions.
