Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and copying documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Screen and route incoming telephone calls and correspondence to appropriate staff members.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of personnel and payroll forms.
- Maintain and update office databases and electronic records systems.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare meeting materials for staff.
- Provide customer service support to visitors and employees in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Minimum of 6 months of general office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
