Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with 100% accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems in compliance with federal standards.
- Assist office staff with daily administrative operations, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Greet visitors and direct inquiries professionally, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Prepare, review, and mail outgoing correspondence and packages.
- Answer multi-line phones and screen calls to ensure efficient communication.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for this federal role.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
