Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support daily operations by managing information and assisting the public. Your duties will include:
- Performing general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Answering incoming calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Assisting visitors and providing excellent customer service at the front desk.
- Maintaining organized records and filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Preparing and sorting mail, including certified and express mail.
- Using computer software to update and maintain departmental databases.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong desire to learn and work in a government setting.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
