Responsibilities
- Manage and organize physical and electronic filing systems for government records.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated departmental databases.
- Greet visitors and answer multi-line phone systems in a professional manner.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos and official correspondence.
- Assist senior staff with scheduling meetings and arranging travel logistics.
- Process incoming mail and distribute it to the appropriate departments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing speed of 35+ WPM is preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
