Responsibilities
- Oversee nighttime municipal operations including public safety and infrastructure monitoring
- Coordinate cross-agency emergency responses during overnight hours
- Implement federal/state/local compliance protocols and audit procedures
- Manage digital records systems and secure data transmission protocols
- Conduct nightly facility inspections and maintenance coordination
- Train and mentor junior staff on night shift procedures
- Prepare detailed shift reports for city leadership review
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of government or public sector experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in municipal software systems (GIS, SAP, etc.)
- Ability to obtain required security clearances
- Exceptional problem-solving under pressure
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (7pm-7am)
