Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document copying.
- Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in both digital and physical formats.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to public inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist the senior administrative team with daily operations and special projects.
- Ensure the reception area and workspaces are tidy and presentable.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be able to pass a standard criminal background check and drug screening.
