Responsibilities
- Manage office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and records management
- Support budget tracking, procurement processes, and expense reporting
- Coordinate meetings, events, and interagency communications
- Prepare official documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files
- Implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures
- Provide frontline customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Associate's degree or higher (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience or internship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
