Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis of federal data sets to support policy development and decision-making processes.
- Prepare clear and concise reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate records of departmental operations and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Assist in the coordination of inter-agency communications and stakeholder meetings.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support the preparation of grant applications and funding reports.
Qualifications
- Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database management systems.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation (Public Trust clearance).
