Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of federal grant applications and compliance reports.
- Conduct research on state and federal regulations to ensure organizational adherence to laws.
- Maintain and organize confidential government records and databases.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines and provide status updates to project managers.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
