Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and memoranda for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research on federal regulations, compliance standards, and industry trends to ensure accurate reporting.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure efficient data retrieval and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and project milestones.
- Support the onboarding and training of new staff members within the finance division.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Academic record demonstrating a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with federal data management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Ability to obtain a favorable background investigation and security clearance upon employment.
