Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and scanning documents for federal agencies.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain and update filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, including memos and emails.
- Assist in the coordination of office meetings and scheduling of federal visits.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
