Responsibilities
- Process and maintain official city records, permits, and licensing documents with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service to citizens via phone, email, and in-person inquiries

- Manage data entry and record-keeping using city-specific software systems
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications and document distribution
- Support election preparations and voter registration activities as needed
- Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, and document archiving
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year administrative/clerical experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
