Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence and internal memos with high accuracy.
- Organize and maintain confidential federal filing systems.
- Assist senior staff with the preparation of routine reports and presentations.
- Perform data entry and update digital records using secure government databases.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for department heads.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations and office protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and security clearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote/hybrid tasks.
