Responsibilities
- Process and review incoming government documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal regulations.
- Assist senior staff with the preparation of reports, memos, and correspondence using established government protocols.
- Manage and maintain secure filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring strict confidentiality.
- Respond to inquiries from the public and internal stakeholders regarding federal programs and procedures.
- Perform data entry and verification tasks to ensure the integrity of federal databases.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Public Service is preferred.
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for all federal positions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in data and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and obtain a government security clearance.
