Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.

- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Sort and distribute mail and packages within the regional office.
- Maintain accurate records in both physical and digital filing systems.

Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (Federal law requires citizenship for most federal positions).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
