Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and answering multi-line telephones.
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate departments with professionalism.
- Assist department heads with daily administrative tasks and special projects.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases using government software systems.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and memos.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
