Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of federal grant applications and compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Conduct data entry and analysis for state and local reporting requirements, maintaining high data integrity standards.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding project status and regulatory changes.
- Maintain accurate records and databases in strict compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Support the team in organizing and scheduling federal hearings, meetings, and training sessions.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the federal office.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field is preferred.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and security clearance process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear reports.
