Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and formatting of federal datasets for reporting purposes.
- Support senior analysts in the creation of data visualizations and dashboards.
- Conduct basic research and data mining to identify trends relevant to federal compliance.
- Update and maintain internal databases with high attention to accuracy and detail.
- Prepare preliminary reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity across projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Strong interest in data analysis, government processes, or information technology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance (must be a U.S. Citizen).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow complex instructions and protocols.
- Willingness to learn new software tools and data analysis methodologies.
