Responsibilities
- Assist in the intake, review, and processing of federal employment applications and candidate documentation.
- Conduct preliminary background investigations and verify candidate references in accordance with federal guidelines.
- Support program management teams in maintaining accurate records, filing, and data entry.
- Communicate with applicants, agency stakeholders, and internal departments via email and phone.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, privacy laws, and agency compliance standards.
- Prepare routine reports and correspondence related to program activities and candidate status.

Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States.
