Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure strict adherence to federal and state regulations and compliance standards.
- Conduct thorough background investigations, security screenings, and administrative verifications.
- Prepare, analyze, and present complex government reports and statistical data to senior officials.
- Communicate effectively with government officials, community stakeholders, and other external agencies.
- Manage and coordinate interdepartmental projects to ensure timely completion and resource allocation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of public policy initiatives and community outreach programs.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and ensure the strict confidentiality of sensitive government information.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship and a valid government-issued ID are mandatory for all positions.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a government, administrative, or public service setting is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific case management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft clear correspondence.
