Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of federal applications, reports, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with federal agencies, contractors, and the general public regarding program inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in secure government databases.
- Conduct research to support policy development, program evaluation, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, compliance standards, and agency guidelines.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops.
- Coordinate logistics for agency events and inter-departmental meetings.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and meet all eligibility requirements for federal employment.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with government software systems.
- Ability to pass a standard background check, drug screen, and obtain necessary security clearances.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
