Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Perform a variety of clerical duties including data entry, filing, and record management to ensure efficient office operations.
- Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for veterans and stakeholders, answering inquiries and directing calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Document Management: Prepare, process, and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports in compliance with federal regulations and agency protocols.
- Communication: Draft and edit written communications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to style guides.

Qualifications
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required for most federal positions.
- Education: High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Background Check: Must successfully complete a federal background investigation and obtain appropriate security clearance eligibility.
