Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal agency networks and systems.
- Assist in the configuration, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software solutions.
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols in compliance with FISMA standards.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of system configurations.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to deploy IT solutions that meet strict government compliance requirements.
- Conduct basic security assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in systems.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal positions.
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, Active Directory, and Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance (background check required).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
