- Perform accurate data entry and record management for sensitive government documents.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to diagnose and resolve complex network and hardware issues.
- Conduct regular audits of IT assets and maintain up-to-date inventory records.
- Document technical procedures and assist in the creation of user guides.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: US Citizenship is mandatory for federal employment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Security: Ability to obtain a favorable background investigation and clearance (Secret/Top Secret).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines and compliance standards.
