Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Architect scalable systems for emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum Data Processing.
- Lead high-level design reviews and mentor senior engineers.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends to ensure Chronos Systems remains ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Marketing) to translate futuristic concepts into viable products.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to next-generation cloud ecosystems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technical transformations or R&D initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Distributed Systems.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile environments and managing remote teams.
