Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to federal agency personnel.
- Assist in the configuration, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Document all technical activities and compliance requirements in accordance with federal standards.
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and implement security protocols.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex network connectivity issues.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies to the appropriate teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interest in federal contracting, cybersecurity, or network administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a favorable background check and Public Trust clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies.
