Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist in the processing of federal applications, maintain accurate records, and manage incoming correspondence.
- Data Management: Enter and verify data into federal databases with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to federal employees, stakeholders, and the general public via phone and in-person inquiries.
- Compliance & Security: Adhere strictly to federal regulations, security protocols, and agency policies at all times.
- Research Assistance: Conduct research to support ongoing federal projects and compile reports for agency leadership.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings for federal teams and committees.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Background: Must be able to pass a standard background check and security clearance.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be willing to work full-time hours and flexible shifts as needed.
