Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming correspondence, answer phones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential electronic and paper records in compliance with federal regulations and data privacy laws.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and prepare routine memos, reports, and official correspondence for senior leadership review.
- Process Management: Assist in the intake, processing, and tracking of applications and requests to ensure timely service delivery to the public.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support agency objectives and improve operational workflows.

Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a security clearance.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Background Check: Ability to successfully pass a background investigation, including fingerprinting and credit check.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English.
