Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to federal program officers, including scheduling, filing, and data management.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of official government documents and correspondence.
- Answer incoming inquiries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems in compliance with federal regulations.
- Perform routine office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution.

Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be a United States citizen.
- Education: High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Experience: No prior experience or specialized training required. We provide on-the-job training.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) and typing skills.
