Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management for federal projects.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and greet visitors to the office in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of meeting materials, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule appointments for senior staff members.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal regulations and agency policies.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- 0-2 years of experience in an office environment or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and security clearance screening.
